What's included in the weekly rent?
Everything you need to run your business. Your weekly rate covers utilities (electric, water, HVAC), high-speed WiFi, daily common area cleaning, 24/7 building access, and on-site management. You just bring your equipment and clients.
How long are the lease terms?
We offer flexible lease terms starting at 3 months for private suites. Barber and beauty chair stations are available on monthly agreements. Longer lease terms may qualify for discounted rates — ask our leasing team for details.
Do I need a cosmetology or barber license?
For salon suites, barber chairs, and beauty stations — yes, a valid Georgia cosmetology or barber license is required. For office suites, no professional license is needed. All applicants must provide a government-issued ID and proof of insurance.
Can I see the space before signing a lease?
Absolutely! We encourage in-person tours. You can schedule a tour using the contact form below or call us directly. Tours are available Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 10am–3pm. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are recommended.
What types of suites are available?
We have four tiers: Silver (open-floor barber/beauty stations), Gold (private salon suites with lock & key), Platinum (private office suites), and Premium (oversized deluxe suites). Each tier includes different finishes and square footage — explore our interactive floor plan above to see all 51 spaces.
Is parking available?
Yes, Unity Square has a dedicated parking lot with ample free parking for both tenants and their clients. The lot is well-lit and monitored for safety.
How does the application process work?
It's simple: fill out our online application with your basic info and upload required documents (license, ID, insurance). There's a one-time $25 application fee. Our leasing team reviews applications within 48 hours and will reach out with next steps.
Can I bring my own furniture and equipment?
Yes! All suites come empty so you can customize your space to fit your brand. If you're a barber or stylist who needs a chair, you can request one included in your quote. The space is yours to make your own.
